Sports not only builds athletes but also helps in building a better character and better people.
Edify Games 2019 was flagged off with the theme “Eclecticism” (academic-based), reiterating the statement that it is the principle or practice of choosing or involving objects, ideas, and beliefs from many different sources. The game was declared open by the Director in the morning, Mr. Sumit Sahu.
Greeting the parents on the occasion, the director Mr. Sumit Sahu, spoke about the importance of sports. He told that winning or losing is not important in sports as sports benefits everybody. It helps in character building, confidence and should be an integral part of education.
In her welcome address, the principal Mrs.Pamela ward spoke about the various achievements of the students in the field of sports.
